Our distinctive Petal design adds a bit of flair to your dining experience.  This lovely pattern reminds us of fallen petals in late spring.  White stoneware is dipped in our signature White Matte glaze and plays beautifully creating lights and darks on this delicate pattern.

Crafted from locally sourced stoneware clay. Each piece will have its own, unique character while beautifully accompanying a set.

Our ceramics are made to order specifically for you and take approximately 3-4 weeks to complete. Ceramics take time and we want you to have the very best pieces that will last a lifetime or more. If you will need your order in a shorter time frame, let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you. RUSH fees may apply.

    Shipping

    Our ceramics studio is located in Talent, Oregon- a stone's throw from the California border! We take great care to send the ceramics to you as safely and efficiently as possible. Postage and handling charges are additional to the retail price and are calculated upon checkout. We aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible while ensuring the safe transport of your valuable ceramics.

    Once full payment has been received for your order, your pieces will go into production at our Talent studio. This process will take approximately 3-4 weeks. Your order will be shipped out upon completion. To ensure safe delivery, all orders have a tracking number and may require a signature on delivery. You will receive a notification by email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days from shipment date to arrive!

    International Orders

    YES! We ship worldwide! Rates will vary.
    Please note that import duties and taxes may be applicable for your country and are your responsibility, these are not included in the shipping price.

    Deliver

    Please ensure that the delivery details entered during checkout are correct. We can not be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided to us by you. Shipping charges will apply for orders that have to be re-sent due to incorrect details provided to us. You will receive a tracking number from us once your order is on the way. It is your responsibility to ensure you will be able to receive the parcel. If a parcel cannot be delivered and has to be returned to us, re-delivery charges will apply. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the delivery of your order, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

    Warranty and Returns

    Tagliaferro Ceramics come with a one year replacement warranty on any manufacturing defects, excluding seconds and one of a kind pieces.

    We inspect every piece by hand for flaws before it leaves our studio, and warranty our pieces to be free of manufacturers defects. Please note, all products are handmade, and slight variation in clay or glaze color, texture, finish and size are to be expected and are not considered flaws. We hope you agree that these minor irregularities contribute to the over-all uniqueness and beauty of the piece. In the event you feel you have a defective item, please contact us with a description of the problem. We’ll diagnose the issue, and then offer to either replace the item or issue you a store credit upon determination of a defect (your choice). Shipping for damaged items is free.

    If you receive an item broken or otherwise damaged in shipment, please contact us within five days. We will handle the claim with the shipping carrier and arrange sending a replacement to you free of charge as soon as possible. Please retain the packaging and broken product until notified. Occasionally (especially for larger orders) the shipping carrier will want to collect and inspect the damage prior to approving a claim.

    Due to the many variables involved with making handmade ceramics, we cannot guarantee every vase to be water tight every time. Always test your vase for water tightness before placing on a wood surface.

    Returns & Exchanges

    We accept returns for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of goods. All sales are final on seconds, custom designed or custom glazed work, sale items, and any items that have been used by the customer. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Customers must email or call us within the 14-day return window to receive a return authorization before shipping back. Goods must be received back at our studio within 14 days of the RA number being issued to be eligible for exchange or credit. Items received without an RA or outside the return window will be refused and/or returned to sender at the customer’s expense.

    Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to our studio. Tagliaferro Ceramics is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs when return shipping. We strongly encourage you to pack the items well and ship via a trusted carrier. Please include a copy of your packing slip or invoice with your return.

    Ceramics Care

    Pure & Natural
    Our glazes and clay are ALL 100%, third party certified food-safe, lead and cadmium free.
    Our high fire stoneware blends are extremely durable and our products are built to last a lifetime with proper care.

    Dishwasher Safe
    We recommend using a non-citrus, non-abrasive detergent on the air dry cycle and not overloading the dishwasher. Hand washing is recommended for over sized items. We also suggest running all of our ceramics through the entire dishwasher cycle including the dry cycle on a warm temperature and allowing them to cool naturally.

    Microwave & Oven Safe
    The temperature of handmade, natural clay items may vary after microwave use. We recommend allowing items to cool before taking them out of the microwave or using an oven mitt. Pieces with metallic glaze details are real gold or silver, which should not be microwaved. Our dinnerware is microwave safe and oven safe up to 400°F with some stipulations. Always be careful to avoid temperature-shocking ceramics from extreme hot to cold. A good rule of thumb is to heat things slowly, evenly, and carefully! We recommend caution with oven use. Place the ceramic piece in a cool oven and bring up to temperature with the oven, no higher than 400°F. Never place a ceramic piece directly into a hot, preheated oven to avoid risk of temperature shocking.

    Freezer Safe
    Items can withstand freezing temperatures, but please allow them to return to room temperature before putting them into the oven.

    Can Cutlery Leave Marks?
    Some cutlery can create marks because our glaze is harder than the metal flatware. If you find an occasional mark, we recommend cleaning with safe and gentle "Bar Keeper's Friend" Soap, which can be found at your local hardware or grocery store.

    What about stains?
    Staining sometimes occurs if food, particularly acidic food such as tomato sauce, is stored too long in Tagliaferro products. It’s best to remember that our pieces are for serving — not storage — but if you do find yourself in this situation, we recommend thoroughly hand-washing with "Bar Keeper’s Friend"!
